Lowen Talent is working with an award-winning, Bristol-based talent solutions company specialising in placing people into the technology sector, recognised as one of the best recruitment companies to work for in the UK. They’re on a mission to power the businesses and communities using technology for good, and they’re now looking for their next graduate to join the team.

This is a full 360 role. From day one, you’ll be building your own desk with genuine ownership over your clients and candidates, backed by hands-on training and coaching rather than being left to sink or swim.

What the role involves

• Full 360 recruitment, from business development through to candidate placement, with genuine ownership of your own desk
• Building relationships with clients across the technology sector, understanding their hiring needs and becoming a trusted point of contact
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for roles across tech
• Proactively developing new business through calls, meetings and networking
• Managing the process end to end, negotiating terms and managing expectations along the way
• Learning to juggle a fast moving desk, managing multiple roles and priorities at once

• £25,000 basic salary
• Up to 40% commission, with no threshold
• OTE Year 1 £55k, Year 2 £80k, Year 3 £100k+++
