Sign up or log in
Create a free CareerGuard account or log into your existing one. No credit card needed to start.
Go to Settings → Integrations
In your CareerGuard dashboard, navigate to Settings and select the Integrations tab. Choose your ATS from the list.
Authenticate with your ATS
Click Connect and follow the OAuth flow (or paste your API key). You’ll need admin access to your ATS — the process takes under 2 minutes.
Configure your automation rules
Choose which ATS stage triggers an assessment invite, set your pass threshold, and decide what data syncs back. Then you’re live.
