The Company

Buster + Punch is a London-born home fashion brand, headquartered in Peterborough, England. The brand aims to make ‘ordinary home products’ into extraordinary items for everyday use. Our products are designed so that our customers and prospects look at these items in a way that previously they would have considered as ‘normal’ but now as ‘future collectable’ and an extension of their appreciation of design.

Our core product verticals are Electricity (switches, dimmers and sockets), Lighting and Hardware (door and cabinet) but we haven’t forgotten our legacy iconic items such as custom motorcycles and whisky bars.

The Brand now delivers to over 110 countries globally, prides itself of its systems, its liquidity, forward planning and rewards employee’s achievements and energy. As the Brand has matured it is focussed on employing the best people it can attract, as it recognises that these people will drive us to the next stage of our growth.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Product Design Engineering or related graduate — or someone with equivalent early-career industry experience — who is looking to build practical experience in a fast-moving product business.

You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from concept and supplier development through to testing, technical documentation, launch support and post-launch corrective actions. The role will be varied, hands-on and cross-functional, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects across electrical accessories, lighting and connected or powered product categories.

You will be mentored by industry professionals and will have the opportunity to develop technical, commercial and project delivery skills in a professional business environment. You must have strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic products, plus multi market exposure beneficial.
