About the Role
Daffodil Mortgages is seeking an ambitious and motivated Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our team.
Whether you’re looking to begin a new career in financial services or are a recent graduate seeking a professional pathway, this opportunity provides the training, qualifications, and support needed to build a successful career in mortgage and protection advice.
This role offers a structured development programme, practical hands-on experience, and the chance to work alongside experienced advisers in a high-performing environment.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

- A strong interest in financial markets and personal finance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to build rapport and engage confidently with clients
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in sales, banking, finance, or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential
Training & Development Programme
Our structured 24-month training programme is designed to equip you with the knowledge, qualifications, and practical experience required to become a successful adviser.
The programme includes:
- Fully funded CeMAP qualification
- Fully funded Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) R0 examinations fully funded
- Practical, hands-on experience with on-the-job training and coaching
- Ongoing mentoring and support from experienced professionals
- The opportunity to achieve the Level 4 Diploma within two years, subject to successfully passing the required examinations
