We are seeking a dedicated Associate Osteopath to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will assist in providing holistic osteopathic treatments, supporting patient recovery and wellbeing. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform osteopathic manipulative techniques to alleviate musculoskeletal discomfort
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism within the clinic environment
Experience
- Prior knowledge of human anatomy is essential to effectively assess and treat patients
- Previous experience in osteopathy or related healthcare fields is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach are vital for building rapport with patients
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting
