The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build relationships with both clients and candidates while developing your own specialist market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business development and client acquisition
- Building and managing client relationships
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the interview process
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming a specialist within your chosen market
