Coco Property Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Block Management Administrator to join our growing team.
No previous experience is required. We are looking for someone with excellent academic ability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for a school or college leaver, graduate, or someone looking to begin a long-term career in the property industry.
About the Role
You will work alongside our experienced Block Managers, learning every aspect of residential block and estate management. This is a varied office-based role with opportunities to attend site inspections and directors’ meetings.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential apartment blocks and estates.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries from leaseholders, directors and contractors.
- Arranging repairs and maintenance with contractors.
- Monitoring compliance and health & safety requirements.
- Preparing correspondence and meeting documentation.
- Maintaining accurate property records.
- Assisting with insurance claims and major works projects.
- Carrying out occasional site visits with Block Managers.
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Excellent GCSE and/or A-Level results (or equivalent qualifications).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems.
- A professional and friendly manner.
- The ability to prioritise work and remain calm under pressure.
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in property management.
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
