Why You’ll Love It
Starting your career can feel overwhelming.
Many newly qualified Podiatrists find themselves expected to "just get on with it" with very little support.
This clinic couldn’t be more different.
Our client believes great clinicians aren’t born overnight.
They’re developed.
That’s why they’ve created an environment where you’ll have the time, support and encouragement to build confidence, ask questions and continue learning without feeling like you’re constantly being thrown in at the deep end.
Already experienced?
You’ll find a genuinely welcoming team who value your ideas, trust your judgement and give you the freedom to enjoy being a Podiatrist again.
Patients know your name here.
Colleagues support one another.
And every day is another opportunity to keep developing your clinical skills.
All About You
Whether you’re about to qualify, recently graduated or already established within private practice, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll ideally have:
- HCPC Registration (or be due to register shortly)
- Excellent communication skills
- A caring, patient-first approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence using clinical systems and technology
- Pride in delivering excellent patient care
- An interest in MSK, biomechanics or orthotics would be beneficial, but certainly isn’t essential
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
Candidates already based locally or genuinely interested in relocating to the Cheltenham area are encouraged to apply.
What Will You Be Doing?
You’ll manage a varied and interesting private practice caseload where no two days are quite the same.
Your work may include:
- Routine podiatry treatments
- Diabetic foot care
- MSK assessments and treatment
- Biomechanical assessments
- Gait analysis
- Orthotic assessments
- Verruca treatments using SWIFT technology
- Nail surgery support
- Patient education and long-term self-management advice
- Working closely with Physiotherapists and the wider multidisciplinary team
If you enjoy getting involved beyond the treatment room, there’ll also be opportunities to contribute towards patient education events, blogs, marketing and community initiatives.
Working Hours and Environment
Full-time is preferred, although part-time applications will absolutely be considered for the right person.
The clinic operates Monday to Friday, with one late evening clinic and Saturday mornings available.
Working patterns are flexible wherever possible, and the leadership team understand that life exists outside work too.
You’ll be joining a genuinely friendly, family-run multidisciplinary clinic where people know each other well, enjoy working together and are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.
Reaching Your Potential
The best clinics don’t just employ people.
They help them become exceptional clinicians.
That’s exactly what you’ll find here.
Over the last 25 years, our client has built a fantastic reputation by putting people before profits and supporting both patients and staff for the long term.
As your confidence grows, so will your opportunities.
You’ll gain valuable experience across general podiatry, MSK, biomechanics, diabetic foot care, nail surgery and advanced technologies such as SWIFT, Shockwave Therapy and Laser Therapy.
Whether your ambition is to become an MSK specialist, develop biomechanics expertise or simply become the very best all-round Podiatrist you can be, you’ll be surrounded by people who genuinely want to help you get there.
If you’re looking for a clinic where you’ll feel supported, appreciated and excited about coming to work each day, we’d strongly encourage you to apply.
