Location: Armagh / Portadown
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission
Travel: Office based, with some travel across Ireland & Europe (as required)

This is not your average graduate role. From day one, you’ll be working with major construction companies across Ireland and Europe, learning how to build relationships, close deals, and develop a successful career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
- Source and engage top talent for major construction projects
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Develop your own client base over time
- Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission
You’ll be supported every step of the way with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruiters.
