Job Summary
We are seeking a Garden Maintenance Labourer to support the upkeep of outdoor areas across our client base. This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, has an interest in horticulture and wants to contribute to tidy, healthy grounds.
Responsibilities
- Support planting, pruning, weeding and mulching
- Operate hand tools, Mowers & Strimmers
- Assist with routine grounds care including mowing, edging and applying feed
- Monitor plant health and report any concerns
- Help with seasonal soil preparation and planting
- Keep work areas clean and store equipment correctly
- Follow all safety guidance when using tools and machinery
Requirements
- Around two years of gardening or grounds care experience is preferred
- CSCS card is preferred
- Must live locally to Farnham or Liphook to enable daily pick up
- Confidence with hand tools, mowers and strimmers
- Keen to learn
- Able to work outdoors throughout the year
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Physically able to carry out manual tasks such as digging, lifting and moving equipment
- Strong interest in gardening and maintaining tidy outdoor spaces
