Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in business improvement, quality or operational excellence?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturing business for a Graduate Business Standards & Continuous Improvement Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting business governance, ISO management systems, continuous improvement and compliance while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate policies, procedures and document control.
  • Produce KPI reports and analyse business performance data.
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
  • Work closely with managers across the business to improve processes and compliance.

About You

Essential:

  • Degree (2:2 or above) in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Environmental Science, Data Analytics or a related subject.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.

Desirable:

  • Placement year or industrial experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean or Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI or reporting tools.
  • Awareness of ISO Management Systems.
