The role:
- Recruit senior professionals across Commodities Trading, Energy, Shipping and Supply Chain
- Partner with international trading houses and commercial organisations on retained executive search projects
- Identify and engage specialist candidates through detailed market mapping and headhunting
- Develop deep market knowledge to become a trusted advisor within your niche
Requirements:
- Degree educated or previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Commercially driven, resilient and motivated by uncapped earning potential
- Looking to build a long-term career in executive search within an international, high-value market
