The Opportunity
My client is hiring graduates and commercially-minded sales professionals to join their Manchester team. This role is ideal for individuals who want more than just a job — it’s a chance to build a career in a niche, high-demand market with clear progression and strong earning potential.
You’ll be trained to become a specialist recruiter within the food & drink and FMCG space, working with both candidates and clients across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with candidates across food & drink, FMCG, and manufacturing industries
- Headhunting and engaging talent for roles in engineering, operations, commercial, and supply chain
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
- Developing new business opportunities with food manufacturers and FMCG brands
- Becoming a market expert in your specialist vertical
