Fenton Barns (Scotland) Ltd is seeking an experienced, responsible individual for the role Technical Assistant within our technical department.
This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday 0800 – 1630 and involves working in both factory and office settings. Due to the location of the factory, own transport is essential.
Responsibilities:
· Quality and safety checks
· Training – enforcement of GMP and Hygiene rules
· Internal Audits
· Customer enquiries/complaints
· Validations
· Specifications
· QAS
· HACCP
· Assisting with all aspects of the Technical Department as required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
· Confidence using Microsoft software
· Strong attention to detail
· Previous experience in a similar role desired but not essential
Own transport recommended
