Coco Property Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Block Management Administrator to join our growing team.

No previous experience is required. We are looking for someone with excellent academic ability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for a school or college leaver, graduate, or someone looking to begin a long-term career in the property industry.

About the Role

You will work alongside our experienced Block Managers, learning every aspect of residential block and estate management. This is a varied office-based role with opportunities to attend site inspections and directors’ meetings.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of residential apartment blocks and estates.
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries from leaseholders, directors and contractors.
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance with contractors.
  • Monitoring compliance and health & safety requirements.
  • Preparing correspondence and meeting documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate property records.
  • Assisting with insurance claims and major works projects.
  • Carrying out occasional site visits with Block Managers.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients.

What We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Excellent GCSE and/or A-Level results (or equivalent qualifications).
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems.
  • A professional and friendly manner.
  • The ability to prioritise work and remain calm under pressure.
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career in property management.

A full UK driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
