What you’ll be doing
Recruitment is one of the most rewarding careers in sales, combining business development, relationship building and negotiation and you’ll be trained on how to;
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Generate new business through B2B sales and networking
- Qualify candidates for exciting technology opportunities
- Manage interview processes from start to finish
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Support global businesses in hiring specialist technology professionals across contract and permanent markets
Who we’re looking for
We’re interested in people with the right attitude above all else.
You’ll be:
- A recent graduate or have previous sales experience (B2B, B2C, estate agency, retail sales, hospitality sales or account management)
- Confident, resilient and highly motivated
- A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- Commercially minded and target-driven
- Competitive and eager to build a successful career
No previous recruitment experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
